jGUN - Pneumatic Tool
The JETYD jGun features the speed and conveniences of an impact wrench
without its noise, vibration, and load variation. Its twin-torque mechanism has a
first stage for parallel joint closure and a second stage to stretch bolts to the
desired load, side load-free at high speed. The jGun achieves bolt load precision
within your window of accuracy to bring you the peace of mind that accompanies
leak-free flanges and permanently tight bolts and nuts. With power up to 5,200 ft
lbs of torque, the jGun replaces heavy inaccurate tensioners, torque tools and their
hydraulic pump requirement.
The Incrematic feature only found on the JETYD jGun allows you to achieve
parallel joint closure with only two passes. The first pass aligns the joint and the
second pass attains the desired bolt load within ±5%.
